All food is Organic & Fairtrade where possible. 99% home made using fresh, local produce.- Reasonable prices & generous portions. Home made desserts including Lemon Cheesecake, Chocolate Fudge Cake & Flapjacks. We use conscious & ethical food suppliers including a Carmarthenshire Organic fruit & vegetable supplier, Suma Whole foods ( the UK’s largest whole food wholesaler) Tyrells Crisps, Virgin Cola & Puro Fairtrade organic sugar & coffee supplier. We offer an organic & fairtarde wine list.

We do a selection of fairtrade teas & coffees including cappuccino’s, latte’s, espresso’s, chai latte’s, milkshakes, smoothies & hot chocolates. With decaffeinated & soya options.

More than just a Food Bar

We have a function room for hire with a capacity of 200. We also offer buffets including vegetarian & vegan options. Monkey is also home to a food trailer available for outdoor events, which provides a fair trade & organic ethical addition to any festival or outdoor event.

We are extremely aware of our presence in an over crowded fast food town. Our emphasis is on good healthy food with a conscious. It is important to us that we support fair trade and organic causes.

We don’t just want people to enjoy the food, we want people to feel good eating it. We may take a little time with your order, but we know you’ll be pleased with the result.
